When will my order ship? 

Once an order is placed, please allow 48-72 hours for processing. Don't worry--we'll email you tracking information when the order ships. 

What do I do if I entered incorrect shipping address or my auto fill did it for me? 
 
Notify our support team: contact@trendmallco.com  within 2-4 hours of placing your order to make any changes. 

 Please ensure all delivery information is correct to avoid any order processing & shipping delays. 

Please know once shipment confirmation has been emailed to you, we will no longer be able to change or correct delivery information. You, the customer, will not be eligible to receive replacement or refund if correct shipment information isn't provided at the time of shipment confirmation email. 

Why is there a shipping delay? 
Delays may occur as a result of customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Who is delivering my package? 
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier, depending on your geographical location. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received by your regular mail. 

How do I track my package?    
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email that you provided at the time of the purchase. It will contain the tracking number along with the carrier information for your package. Keep in mind that tracking may not become available within 48-72 hours of shipment. 

What if I did not receive an order/tracking confirmation email? 

Please check your email inbox/spam folders which you provided at the time of the purchase. Contact our support team, we will gladly resend order/tracking confirmation email.  

What do I do if I did not receive my package? 
Follow up on tracking details if delivery has been confirmed please first contact your local postal office for further assistance. Contact our support team for additional guidance.
